to get started and how to structure your business.
INDUSTRY INFORMATION
| We give you our knowledge
of the industry; first, how to sell, then the type of
financing that you can provide, how the programs work,
when to use one or the other, how you make money, and
the unique industry vocabulary. You’ll learn how to
get an application designed for a quick approval. |
LENDER RELATIONS
We provide you with Access to over 20 Lenders from day one!
Without our training you would have to spend at least 2 years
in the business before these lenders would work with you.
Upon completion of the training you immediately have access
to these lenders so you can start making money from the moment
you close your first deal!
You will be able to finance transactions with our 20 lenders
from $5,000 to $2,000,000 or more. You will be able to get
approvals in 24 – 48 hours.
Our Unique system of providing all of the back office support
so you can focus on customer management and selling more transactions
provides you with the best opportunity for success. Too many
Brokers begin with trying to setup Lenders and then fail because
they do not spend enough time selling the actual transactions.
SELLING SKILLS
No other training program in the industry spends as much time
as we do on Selling Leasing and Working Capital. With two
and 1/2 days of Sales and Marketing Skills delivered by a
Published Author and Industry Veteran, you will develop all
of the skills you need to be successful.

and determination. The key to your success will be measured
in your ability to understand the transaction, credit
profile of the customer and then communicate this effectively
to the lending team. Of Course, there is no need to
be tied to an office. We’ll give you tools of the trade
